Berks Ajax Financial Structure

BERKS AJAX FINANCIAL STRUCTURE 

The cost of participation in the Berks Ajax program will be set and approved by the Berks Ajax Board of Directors. There will be several payment plans offered to those families who are experiencing financial difficulty during this economic time. For the 2013-2014 year the cost has been set as follows:

PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY THE 1ST OF EACH

MONTH TO YOUR TEAM MANAGER.

 

Note: These fees do not include uniform parts. If you are a returning player, you only need to purchase replacement parts. If you are a new player, you must purchase all uniform parts.

  1. The financial responsibility of the program will emphasize the training value and operational costs at the most inexpensive level.
  2. Any players joining our organization after the November 1st payment date has until the end of the payment schedule of each year to remit the final balance.
  3. Once you have made the registration payment to Berks Ajax, that payment and all other subsequent payments are non-refundable.
  4. For any checks returned for insufficient funds, Berks Ajax will charge a $25.00 inconvenience fee.
  5. A member’s financial responsibility will support payment of the following, but not inclusive of all organizational charges: registration/registrar fees, training, insurance, field and building fees, indoor league competition, college showcases or tournaments, outdoor league competition, indoor and outdoor state cup competitions, player recruitment, referee fees and coaching stipends.
  6. The payments will be collected by each team’s manager and made payable to Berks Ajax FC by the due date established by the Board of Directors. The monthly fee must be paid by the first day of each identified month. You will receive reminders/notices from your team managers.
  7. For families with more than one child participating in the program, each child registered after the first child shall receive a 50% discount per child.
  8. Any financial questions should be directed toward your individual team manager. Your team manager, in turn, will contact the treasurer or one of the executive directors of Berks Ajax FC.
  9. Any player who falls behind in required payments to the organization (by 30 days or more) falls out of good standing and will not be permitted to participate in a competition until a level of good standing is achieved.
  10. When you register for Berks Ajax, FC, you are committing to the organization and your team.  It is expected that all players fulfill all obligations to the team responsibly. This organization will not tolerate those players who do not attend practice or scheduled matches.
  11. All sponsored uniforms are sole property of Berks Ajax FC and should be return at the completion of the season.
